The Charles Street Garage is being converted into parking condominiums, the first of its kind since the Brimmer Street conversion in 1979, and a limited number of parking spaces are now being offered for purchase.
Your purchase will provide deeded rights to a parking space, as defined and regulated through condominium documents. This offer to purchase is restricted to residents of Beacon Hill and the West End.
The garage will remain a full-service, professionally managed, valet parking garage, continuously operating 24-hours per day / 7 days per week.
